lol @ comments comparing it to the blade, busa, etc. clearly have nfi about riding bikes. the rc8 is a twin, twins are a totally different style of bike to ride, and (generally) much more agile than inline 4s. you want a straight line drag bike, buy a busa. you want an all-rounder, buy a blade. you want something with character, v-twin noise and sharp cornering... you buy a sports twin like the 1098, RSV or RC8 :D

We all know it's not perfect! But is a blade better? A blade is not sexier! That noise of a tractor is great! Imagine how good it could be in a few years!

they have to be careful though if you make a 600 or 1000 inline 4 its got to match up to the jap 4, that why dmw havent released one yet, easier to make ondividual bikes with little direct competition

The sound is of a true KTM, they arent very noisy and have a weird engine sound.
