Well there is another VW I will not buy. I was waiting on the NEW Bus. A bus version of the new bug. VW needs to get a clue and build their own cars and not hire a failing Chrysler to build a generic van for them.

I know mechanical wise they are, but I heard their dash wasn't made of hard plastic like the Dodge and Chrysler minivans.

yes, thats true. i did not realize how small the Sharan was until i saw one that was from Mexico (I live in Texas so it is not out of the ordinary for me to see mexican cars on the road here).
