Some clever Americans invented personal computers, the internet, and Google so you can check these things out for yourself. The SSC handles great around corners.

"based their new technology on european cars after bought them up." Thats BS. The technology was gained from competition on the track. Chevy V8 technology actually surpasses its European rivals due to its extensive use in Drag/Funnycar and Nascar applications. Fact: complex designs display nothing more than confusion. Fact: less parts means their is less that can go wrong Fact: Power to Fuel consumption & reliability are the only true measurements for an engines technological prowess.

the corvette z06 is have many parts made by hydro norway. so does lotus elise and opel speedster. love USA made cars. corvette performance rule, and the mustang look so fucking good:)
