no, that is not the lightning concept. also the lightning concept has an eaton supercharger. an eaton whines. this one sounds more like a centrifugal supercharger spool, not a roots type whine. this F-150 also looks to have the cervinis body kit.

Looks like one of the ten prodo type trucks that ford gave rauch performance, however, this one looks more finished than the one we saw at rauch, which had the same wheels but in black. This thing is scary!
